Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Kairon, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and that you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Kairon provides football video analysis services designed to turn raw footage into structured reading for staff. Depending on the workflow, this may include event detection, tracking, derived metrics, reporting, and related operational output.

We may improve, refine, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for product development, reliability, or security.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep credentials secure.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security issues.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the footage, clips, metadata, and other materials you submit to Kairon. You grant Kairon the rights needed to store, process, analyze, and display that material solely for providing and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and instruct the processing of all content you submit, including any personal data contained in it.

5. Youth Footage and Consent

If uploaded material includes minors, the customer is solely responsible for obtaining any permissions, lawful bases, parental consents, or institutional approvals required to capture, upload, and process that material.

Kairon relies on the customer’s authority to submit such material and does not independently verify those permissions.

6. AI Outputs and Review

Kairon uses automated systems and AI-assisted workflows to generate outputs from video. These outputs are designed to support human decision-making, not replace it.

• Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
• Kairon does not guarantee that every event, tracking sequence, or report will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• Product quality may vary depending on footage quality, camera angle, visibility, metadata, and match conditions.

7. Fees and Commercial Terms

Commercial terms, including pricing, payment timing, service scope, and any implementation work, are governed by the relevant proposal, order form, or written agreement between Kairon and the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees already invoiced or paid are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

Kairon retains all rights in the service, platform, software, models, workflows, design, and other proprietary materials, except for customer data that remains owned by the customer.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, or misuse the service beyond the rights expressly granted to you.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party failures, and model updates may affect availability or output.

We may modify the service where needed for reliability, quality, compliance, or product evolution.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, business, data, or opportunity resulting from use of the service.

Kairon’s total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Kairon in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, misuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any commercial commitments agreed separately in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict of law rules. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, disputes will be subject to the courts of Spain.
